UGC videos for your brand

UGC (user-generated content) creators make short, authentic videos that brands post on their own accounts or run as ads. On FluenceHire you brief UGC creators in the UAE and Jordan, get usage rights in a signed agreement, and pay into Protected payment that's released when you approve the files.

UGC vs influencer posts

An influencer post goes out on the creator's account to their followers. UGC is content the creator makes for you to publish on your own channels or in paid ads. You pay for the content and the right to use it, not for the creator's audience. Many brands do both in one campaign.

What goes in a UGC agreement

- Deliverables: number of videos, length, format (9:16, 1:1), hooks and variations, taken from your brief
- Deadline and revisions: when the files are due and how many rounds of changes are included
- Usage rights: by default, organic use on your channels for 90 days. Paid ads and whitelisting are agreed separately as a paid add-on
The signed agreement stays with the deal, so your team can always check what was agreed.

How it works

  1. Write the brief with the AI and choose "UGC" or "Both".
  2. Invite creators or publish the campaign.
  3. Agree price, deliverables and deadline, and sign.
  4. Pay into Protected payment.
  5. Review the files, ask for changes, approve.
  6. Download and use the content within the agreed rights.

Frequently asked questions

Do UGC creators need many followers?

No. You're paying for the content and the right to use it, not for reach, so follower count matters less than skill on camera.

Can I run UGC as paid ads?

Paid ads aren't included by default. Agree them with the creator as a paid add-on before you use the content in ads.
