FluenceHire

How FluenceHire works

You describe your product in one sentence, FluenceHire's AI turns it into a brief and suggests creators, and you agree a price and sign a short agreement with each one. You pay into Protected payment before work starts. The money is released to the creator only when you approve the work, or automatically 5 days after delivery if you don't respond.

1. Describe what you're selling

Write one sentence about your product and goal, for example "a new cold brew for students in Amman". The AI writes a full brief: objective, audience, key messages, deliverables, timing and budget. You can edit everything. Each saved change is kept as a version.

2. Pick creators

FluenceHire suggests creators whose niche, city and audience fit, and explains why. It only suggests creators who are available and haven't opted out of your product's category. You can also publish the campaign so creators apply, or invite creators you found yourself.

3. Agree terms and sign

For each creator you agree the price, deliverables, deadline and revision rounds. Usage rights are written into the agreement too. Both sides sign a short written agreement in the app. Any later change is an amendment that both sides sign again, so there's always a clear record.

4. Pay into Protected payment

You pay the creator's price plus the 12% service fee. The money is held, not sent to the creator. The creator starts work once payment is confirmed.

5. Review the content

The creator submits a draft. You approve it or ask for changes, within the agreed revision rounds. For influencer posts, the creator then publishes and adds a link as proof. For UGC, they deliver the files.

6. Approve and pay

When the work matches the agreement, you approve it and the creator is paid. If you don't respond within 5 days of delivery, it's approved automatically, so creators aren't left waiting. If something is wrong, you can raise a dispute and the FluenceHire team reviews the agreement, chat and proof.

7. See results

Creators and brands add results such as views, clicks and conversions, with evidence. Your dashboard shows spend, cost per 1,000 views and cost per conversion across campaigns. Brand-reported figures win over creator-reported ones.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to launch a campaign?

The brief takes about a minute. How fast creators accept depends on them; most deals are agreed within a few days.

Can I hire a creator I already know?

Yes. Invite them to sign up, then send them an offer. You still get the agreement, Protected payment and reporting.

Can I reuse the content?

Every agreement includes usage rights. By default the brand can reuse the content organically for 90 days. Paid ads and whitelisting are agreed separately as a paid add-on.

What if I don't like the content?

Ask for changes within the agreed revision rounds. If the work doesn't match the agreement, raise a dispute before approving.
