Who we are

FluenceHire is operated by a company registered in a UAE free zone. These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE as applied in the DIFC, and the DIFC Courts decide disputes.

What FluenceHire does

Brands use FluenceHire to brief, hire and pay creators. Creators use it to find paid work. We are not a party to the creative work itself; each deal is an agreement between the brand and the creator, recorded on the platform.

Fees

• Brands pay a 12% service fee on top of the creator's price.
• Creators keep 100% of their price. There is no creator commission.
• Managed campaigns have a fixed setup fee, shown in the proposal before you accept.

Protected payments

The brand pays before work starts. The money is held as a Protected payment and is released to the creator only after the brand confirms delivery, or automatically 5 days after delivery if the brand does nothing after two reminders. Either side can open a dispute; our team decides it.

Content rights

Unless the deal says otherwise, the brand may reshare the content organically for 90 days. Paid ads, whitelisting and longer use need a paid add-on agreed in the deal.

Not allowed

Gambling, adult content, weapons, tobacco and vaping, alcohol, political ads, crypto or trading schemes, and unlicensed medical claims. Paying or being paid outside the platform for work found here is not allowed.
